Rank at S.P.D.: captain
Ethnicity: Caucasian
Appearance:
- before mutation: Dorian hard dark hair kept no longer than 2-inches,
green eyes, and a somewhat dark complexion. He typically could be seen
wearing his captain's overcoat.
- after mutation: Dorian's mutation has caused two black lines located near
the sides of his eyes to run down his body. Outside of the lines blue fur
has started to grow, while within the lines white fur is growing. On his face
the white fur stops at the corners of his mouth, and a small tuft of white
fur has started to extend from his chin. Also his nose and ears have
become dog-like in appearance, and his eyes are now reddish brown in
color. The mutation is only changing Dorian's outer appearance, and his
body is still humanoid, and as such he still wears his captain's overcoat.
Bio: Dorian joined the S.P.D. when he was only 17, and in his time there
he has become a living legend. Although he is an Earthling, he has spent
most of his time serving on other planets. While away from Earth, Dorian
served as an extra Ranger for a team that was stationed on KO-35. It was
there that Dorian proved his work not only as a Ranger, but an officer as
well. This led to a lucrative promotion to head up his hometown of Diatech
City's S.P.D. headquarters. He has been charged with not only with
running things, but also trainer a new team of Rangers with him at the lead
as Red. However all of this changed when he went on his first mission
with the other Rangers. Perched on a rooftop somewhere an unknown
alien was paid to inject Dorian with a mutagenic virus. The plan went off
without a hitch and Dorian succumbed to the virus, which has now started
to mutate him into a dog-like creature. It is not clear what the exact motive
were for doing this to Dorian, but it is very obvious that someone wants
him incapacitated.
A projection of what Dorian could look like if the virus goes untreated.

skills to good use, and made a fairly good living as a P.I. When Rick
discovered that the Zodiac siblings, a group of extremely dangerous
criminal, were headed to Earth he decided that the only way to
combat them is to steal some S.P.D. Special Ops tech. Rick was
then found out by Falco himself, and after a heated debate, Rick was
reinstated into S.P.D. Special Ops and sent to Earth. At first Rick
did not want the help of the other Rangers, thinking this is his case,
but after seeing Dex and the others fight against Libra Zodiac he was
reminded of what teamwork can accomplish, and fought with them
to take out this dangerous criminal. While Rick's original purpose for
coming to Earth was to assist in bringing the Zodiacs to justice, Capt.
Kruger talked it over with Commander Falco, and they both agreed
that Earth branch would benefit from Rick's skills should more
dangerous criminals come to Earth.
