the Space Police Department's Earth branch. Everything that Earth

Bio: Commander Falco oversees all S.P.D. operations from its head
branch on KO-35, as well as personally commanding the elite Special
Ops officers. Falco is also the father of Earth branch scientist Anita
Falco. Years ago Falco also took in an orphaned boy from Earth, and
raised him as if he were his own son, as well as giving this boy the

on a theory he had about the identities of the Triumvirate to Dorian,
which was met with the reaction Gavin was expecting. Gavin and
Dorian managed to patch things up after Electrode was deleted, and
Gavin revealed that part of the reason why he hasn't talked to Dorian,
isn't just because of their falling out, but also because Commander Falco
has tasked him with creating an elite team of officers who are not
Special Ops, which Gavin wants Dex to be apart of after Dex reminded
him of Dorian on the battlefield.

to Earth she witnessed an Etherian by the name of Spectros possessing
a man, which in turn led to him going after her. Granny Agatha was
able to get the protection of the S.P.D. specifically Patrick. Granny
Agatha was also the one who was able to exorcise Spectros out of Dex.

Bio: Doyle was a small time crook who with his partner Ioda Storm
stole from people who used questionable methods to gain their
fortune, and then in turn gave what they stole to people in need.
However all of this changed when Ioda Storm broke their rule about
not hurting anyone. They were caught by the police and both sent to
prison. After Ioda Storm broke out and started to cause trouble on
Earth, Doyle teamed with Alexandra and Rick to try to find him, and
they were successful. Doyle is currently finishing off the remainder of
his sentence, but with good behaviour he will get out sooner.

Genaitaz caused. Genaitaz then took Sue, and raised like his own, using
her Wilboarian ability to the psychically control locks. However Sue grew
tired of this life and left Genaitaz seeking protection from the S.P.D. The
S.P.D. granted the protection, on the condition that Sue reveal the
location of Genaitaz's secret safe. Sue obliged, but things hit a snag when
she got carsick on the ride to the safe. A seemingly nice man by the name
of Zenigata gave Dex his bike, but this was actually Genaitaz in disguise,
and the bike was rigged with an explosive device that would detonate if
the bike's speed dropped below 16 mph. Dex tried his best to keep the
bike's speed up, but after running into some Mechadroids, the bike was
sent off of a cliff. However Dex managed to light a fire in Sue's heart,
which caused her to grow to maturity, and with her new adult form
brought Dex to where Genaitaz was fighting the other Rangers. With
Genaitaz's delete Sue has been forgiven by the Galactic High Court for
