Name: Incineron
From: episodes 1 and 2
Info: Incineron was sent to Tezuka Hills by Hexocon to try to conquer the city.
However his initial attempt was thwarted by five androids acting under the Movcar
Directive to protect humans, as well as Scott morphed as the Siren Ranger. Despite
the valiant efforts of the androids and Scott, Incineron managed to destroy the
droids' bodies, and fry Scott's Digitize Morpher. Incineron made a tactical retreat at
that point. Incineron was soon sent back to Tezuka Hills to further his conquering
attempt, only to have a run in with the newly reformatted androids who morphed
into their Ranger forms. This encounter did not end in Incineron's favor, and he
eventually went back to Hexocon's mansion to be apart of Toxitron's pollutrium
experiment. The experiment was a success, and Incineron once again went back to
Tezuka Hills, only to have another run in with the Rangers that lead to him feeling
the full force of the Freeway Cannon. After the Rangers defeated a squad of Toad
Figthers, Incinceron grew to gigantic size, but in the end was defeated by the Engine
Megazord.
Name: Pipeslime
From: episode 3
Info: Pipeslime was sent by Toxitron to turn Tezuka Hills' water supply into the base
component needed to make pollutrium. Pipeslime was successful in his attempts, but
was detected in doing so by Chase, which eventually lead to Scott coming out to
analyze what had happened to the water. Toxitron at this time appeared, and
attacked Scott and Chase, leading to Chase's artificial skin getting damaged, and Scott
landing in the poisoned water. Pipeslime eventually made his way to a river within the
confines of the city, but was stopped by Stick, Buster, and Kayla, who destroyed him
with the Freeway Cannon. However Pipeslime was eventually destroyed by the
Engine Megazord, after a bit of a struggle for the Rangers. Despite Pipeslime's defeat,
the water in Tezuka Hills is still contaminated, and Scott is currently resting in a local
hospital to take care of his poisoning.
Name: Shovel Head
From: episode 4
Info: Shovel Head was summoned by Toxitron to dig a tunnel from the polluted lake
to a new factory to produce pollutrium. However while he was digging another
tunnel was discovered that lead to an old manufacturing plant that wasn't on any
maps. Toxitron then took it upon himself to investigate this new tunnel. As he was
digging Shovel Head caught Stick's attention after his digging caused a mountain to
caved in. Stick called the other Rangers, and they went to investigate, but after their
first encounter Chase felt as if the only other Ranger he could trust is Eva.
Eventually Chase got over his problems, and Shovel Head was initially defeated by a
Bear Engine 3-powered Freeway Cannon. Shovel Head grew to gigantic size, but
was ultimately defeated by the Engine Megazord.
Name: Sulphuro
From: episode 5
Info: overworked, underappreciated, and desperate to prove himself, janitor-bot
Sulphuro turned to Dronica for a chance at the Rangers. Impressed by his sincerity,
Dronica agreed, and had Toxitron infuse Sulphuro with pollutrium. However,
despite his devastating acidic spray, Sulphuro was easily defeated by the Rangers,
and was knocked into stasis, until he was found by a young street tough named
Raoul. Sulphuro befriended Raoul, and they spent the night messing around Tezuka
Hills, but the police eventually caught up to them, which caused Sulphuro's
pollutrium to finally kick in, and grow him to gigantic size. The Rangers showed up
to defeat Sulphuro with the Engine Megazord, but Sulphuro got an assist from a
squadron of Toad Fighters. Eventually the newly online Dolphin Engine 4 and
Bloodhound Engine 5 showed up and helped defeat the Toad Fighters, while the
Engine Megazord destroyed Sulphuro, leaving Raoul devastated at the loss of his
friend.

Name: Polarex
From: episode 5
Info: sent out by Hexocon personally, Polarex was charged with unleashing an
electromagnetic pulse, which shut off the brains of Tezka Hills' robot population
and then control them with his magnetism. Naturally this caught the attention of the
Rangers, as well as a local human vigilante group known as the Circuit Breakers.
During an initial fight Stick, Buster, Kayla, and Chase fought against Polarex, as
Eva found herself paralyzed with fear at the sight of the Breakers, having had a run
in with them in the past. During the fight Polarex discovered that while the Rangers
were affected by his magnetism, their suits gave them some protection his EMP.
This eventually lead to Hexocon upgrading Polarex to include some additional coils
and added armor, which managed to penetrate the Rangers' suits. However Scott
managed to figure out a way to partially combat this, and had Eva fight Polarex
with some rubber hidden under her suit. Eva and Chase finished off Polarex with
their Bi-way Cannon, but he grew to gigantic size. As he was fighting the Engine
Megazord, Polarex managed to get a hold of the Mega Saber, and used it to
damage the Engine Megazord's left arm. That's when Eva combined Dolphin
Engine 4 with the Engine Megazord to form the Engine Megazord Tomahawk
Mode, which then finished of Polarex once and for all.
Name: Phonoxious
From: episode 7
Info: appearing on his own in Tezuka Hills, Phonoxious went around town deafening
people, including Scott, with the only apparent cure being a hearing aid from local
clinician Edith Nash. This however was just a ploy to recruit an army of zombified
humans to do Phonoxious's bidding. After an initial fight with the Rangers that he
lost, Phonoxious went to Hexocon for help. Despite Toxitron's warnings Hexocon
granted Phonoxious help, and was given some repairs and an infusion of pollutrium.
Phonoxious then went back to work to turn the affected humans into his zombie
slaves. Stick, Buster, Eva, and Chase struggled with the slave army, until Kayla
showed up after paying Nash a visit with Gail. Kayla managed to get an override
code for the hearing aids, and figured out that Phonoxious had a weak spot at his
ankles. Kayla exploited the weakness and the Rangers fired blasts at Phonoxious
with the Freeway and Bi-way Cannons, at which point he grew to gigantic size. After
initial using the Engine Megazord Tomahawk Mode formation to no avail, Chase told
Eva to disengage from the Engine Megazord. Chase then combined Bloodhound
Engine 5 with the Engine Megazord, activating the new Laser Mode formation,
which finished off Phonoxious.
Name: Rotbot
From: episode 8
Info: initially summoned to Earth to create some corrosion in and around Tezuka
Hills, Robot had a slight altercation with Dronica, leaving her rusted. This prompted
Toxitron to fiddle around with his processor, in an operation known as a "robotomy"
to remove any faulty circuitry. However there was a slight mishap during the
robotomy, which affected Rotbot audio output, rendering him mute. Regardless of
this, Rotbot was sent to Tezuka Hills as phase one of Hexocon's "Operation: Oxidise"
plan. His rampage through the city drew the attention of the Red, Blue, and Yellow
Rangers, and they fought him along with some Gearheads, which eventually lead to
Rotbot growing to gigantic size. This was right where Hexocon wanted the Rangers,
as during the battle between the Engine Megazord and Rotbot, Rotbot used his
abilities to corrode the Engine Megazord. Seeing a desperate situation Buster and
Kayla fled trying to convince Stick to do the same, but Stick would not budge. The
rust eventually overtook the Engine Megazord rendering it offline. As things started to
seem bleak, the newly online Gator Engine 6 came to the scene carrying Dolphin
Engine 4, and Bloodhound Engine 5. A squad of Toad Fighters were sent to deal with
the new Zord, but they were ineffective. Eventually Dolphin Engine 4, Bloodhound
Engine 5, and Gator Engine 6 combined into the Roar Megazord, and finished off
Rotbot once and for all.
