but needed someone with prior knowledge of Ranger technology to
assist her. With the news release of Scott's arrest, she seized the
opportunity and paid for his freedom, under the condition that he
ally himself to her and her alone. Gail looks at everything from a
logical, business-like point of view, and finds Scott's attempts to
greater humanise the Rangers to be little more than folly.

lighter than the shade he used to have before his time in prison. He
also now wears a few days worth of stubble on his face. He can
typically be seen wearing jeans and some sort of gray or silver
colored shirt, with a vintage silver colored jacket.
Bio: in the five years since he helped with Insidia’s defeat, Scott has
gone back to some of his old habits prior to becoming the Siren
Ranger. With his identity as a Ranger being public knowledge, his
online persona is no longer “RaveSiren”, but rather “CyberPunk”.
Despite the name change, Scott was still arrested under the
government’s new crackdown on cyber crime, leading to an example
being made out of Scott. However Scott would not go on to serve
his full sentence. After only a month, Gail bailed him out, on the
condition that he not only cooperates on Project Engine Roar, but
