Bio: Scott has a computer prowess that rivals, and maybe even
exceeds that of Eddie, and he has also using it to become a video
game designer. However, Scott for the most part has been using his
computer skills as a hacker, and there is almost nothing he cannot get
into. This hacking ability proved useful when Scott hacked into the
D.A.T.A. Trek video game to skin the Red Ranger character into his
own Siren Ranger character. Scott also used his hacking abilities to
boost his own score in the game making him the top player. Intrigued
by the Siren Ranger design Doc contacted Scott, and used the design
for a new Ranger due to the other Rangers' powers being neutralized
by new enemies. Scott took to his powers a little too well, and
decided to use them to make him famous, and potentially replace the
other Rangers. When Doc heard of this, he took the Siren Ranger
offline until Scott finally came to the realization that the power
comes with the responsibility to use it properly.
